What do you get to do in this position?

  • Document control
    € Scan and store all MOP's, SOP's, EOP's on customer SharePoint site and file paper copies
    € Maintain SOP and EOP binders in designated areas
    € Maintain vendor reports on customer SharePoint site
    € Print all documents necessary for monthly, weekly and bi-weekly preventive maintenance
    € Maintain site document library
    € Trend Logs - enter information onto generator log, air compressor log, fire pump log, as taken from MOP's and send to NTTD contact on a monthly basis
    € Audit Responsibility - Create audit files and enter all requested documents as needed
    € Maintain site calendar - enter all vendor dates and other information as requested
    € File packing slips for all shipments
    € Scan and store all calibration certificates as needed and maintain information in calibration log, check on a monthly basis for compliance
    € Maintain SDS binder, update as needed
    € Update SharePoint site information as needed
    € Site CMMS administrator responsibility
    € Train personnel on CMMS as necessary
    € Assign work orders in CMMS
    € Run reports as requested, i.e., weekly CFT hours and weekly management report
    € Monitor CMMS compliance
    € Responsible for month end close out of work orders
    € Create new work orders as requested
    € Provide information to Schneider CMMS Administrator regarding any PM changes, new assets, new PM's per CMMS Spreadsheets
    Vendor scheduling
    € Responsible for scheduling third party vendors for preventive maintenance
    € Maintain current vendor information
    Facilities Budget
    € Maintain Budget vs Expenses monthly via entry into spreadsheet of all reimbursable items and labor
    € Make sure all items are categorized correctly

This job might be for you if:

  • More than 1-year experience in On-site manpower administration

  • High School Diploma, GED or combination of education and experience

  • Experience with critical Services

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
