Hospital Pharmacy Director

A new opportunity has become available with a reputable acute care hospital in Washington State for a Hospital Pharmacy Director. The Hospital Pharmacy Director will join a dedicated multidisciplinary team as a part of the hospital's administrative leadership team.


The Hospital Pharmacy Director will have administrative responsibility over the large Pharmacy Department. They will have oversight of 7 Pharmacy Managers and over 140 Pharmacy staff members. Some of the services provided within the department include inpatient infusion as well as managing tele-pharmacies. The Interim Pharmacy Director Acute Care will report directly to the Chief Operating Offer of the facility.


The Hospital Pharmacy Director will manage the operations of all Pharmacy services and aid in initiating performance improvement projects, maintain quality and regulatory compliance standards and introduce strategic planning initiatives for the department. They should be prepared to collaborate with healthcare leaders within the hospital and strive to uphold best practice policies.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
