MCIO is responsible for delivering over 200 Microsoft web portals, Live and Online Services around the world including infrastructure, security and compliance, operations, globalization, and manageability. Within MCIO, the Datacenter Execution (DCX) team is responsible for delivering datacenter capacity for Microsoft?s cloud business. We have a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. DCX is looking to fill the critical role of Regional Commissioning Manager
+ The candidate is ultimately responsible for the project?s delivery of the Construction Quality Assurance and the Commissioning Process for each project - including the scheduling and reporting of the commissioning activities, issue management and official sign-off from partner teams.
+ The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each project meets the Commissioning Guidelines and standards which may be adjusted from time-to-time based on best practices and Lesson Learned drawn from previous projects.
+ In addition, this candidate will be responsible for management of Issue management and the acceptance of the resolution from the various team members.
+ The candidate is to manage of the project?s Automated Commissioning Management System (ACMS) and that all of the Construction, QA/QC and Commissioning team members are properly using the system and that all of the documentation is correct.
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Commissioning Agent with expertise in data center commissioning. The Candidate would be able to manage multiple commissioning projects at a time. A team player able to work in a multi-disciplined team Commissioning Microsoft Data Centers globally and possess the skills to work in a fast paced multi project environment. Ideal candidate is knowledgeable in commissioning; power generation, transmission, UPS systems, Chillers, AHU, Electrical and Mechanical monitoring and controls, various cooling systems and other data center equipment. Having a firm understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems, and monitoring & control requirements for mission critical applications, along sequence of operation requirements and monitoring of all Data Center systems.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Experienced Commissioning Agent
+ Knowledge to develop, write and approve Commissioning Test Scripts
+ Candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Knowledge of Electrical and mechanical test equipment.
Experience Required:
+ Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent industry experience.
+ 10 years? experience in Data Center Facility Maintenance, Operations and/or Commissioning.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
