The Operations manager will ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently, while also communicating orders with customers and planning out the delivery routes.
Responsibilities of the job include:
Planning and organizing production schedules Assessing project and resource requirements Collecting orders from clients.
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
Determining quality control standards Overseeing production processes Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment Liaison finance on delivery requirements Organizing relevant training sessions Key skills for production managers:
Knowledge of I-502 Confidence Technical skills Project management skills Organization and efficiency Leadership and interpersonal skills Problem solving skills.
IT and numerical skills Communication skills Team Working skills.
Manufacturing experience 2 Years' management experience is required.
Managers must also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.
